Who is Louise Gramaglia?
My name is Louise and I am a Complementary Health Practitioner. After working in retail and administration for many years and then as a Medical Secretary & Office Manager within the NHS, I decided that the stress was taking its toll on my health, so I decided that now was the time to spread my wings and take up a new career path.
I enrolled in Nails & Beauty in 2007, and then Holistic Massage & Hopi Ear Candling in 2008, I developed these skills whilst living in Oxfordshire. After a few years I moved back to Nottingham to be close to family. Upon moving back to Nottingham I looked into learning more Holistic therapies specifically Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage.
Everything changed however in 2014 when my Father passed away from Cancer, he had been a driving force for me getting into Holistic Therapy & so I decided to train in Clinical Reflexology L5 (including L4 Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology) with David Wayte at Jubilee College, as I wanted to train to the highest standard in the UK.
I now focus on Holistic Therapy in order to help people have a comfortable and enjoyable life.
Why R&R Was Created
I realized that complementary therapy had a lot to offer a person, not by just working alongside the bodies needs but from a psychological point of view too. Once we help someone feel good about themselves and learn to balance the endocrine system we can help them feel good not just physically but psychologically too.
Sitting down and listening to someone is the greatest gift a person can give……listening, helping and caring is so precious. In this stressful society, listening and patience has fallen by the wayside, everyone is moving a hundred miles and hour with no thought to their own well-being.
Starting Reflex & Rebalance has made me want to strive to give people that, and by offering my treatments I believe I am able to offer them this.

The Treatment Room
At Reflex & Rebalance I am always striving to keep my clients happy and relaxed. You and your happiness is important to me so that you can enjoy your treatment.
My treatment room has been designed with the idea of tranquillity and relaxation in mind. In order to achieve this I use a mixture of essential oil diffusers and soothing music so that you can get the most out of your treatments.
At Reflex & Rebalance their are no back to back appointments as your time here is all about you and helping you reach your inner peace, so all you have to concentrate on is laying back and relaxing totally into your treatment and enjoying your hour or two of pampering.
