MINDFUL REFLEXOLOGY

Mindful Reflexology

Do you suffer with any of the following:

  • Stress
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

If so then reflexology may help you with these issues by helping to balance the mind and body.

By working certain reflex points on the feet we can bring the body into a state of homeostasis.  Vibration is transmitted through the body via connective tissues and by using gentle pressure on certain areas of the feet we can wake up these reflexes and help to rebalance.

Alongside the reflexology treatment, I can learn you breathing techniques to help you when these feelings of stress and anxiety start to appear.

Aromatherapy oils can be used in your treatment to help calm and relax.

Anxiety is the feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, it may be mild, moderate or severe.  Whereas stress is something that will come and go, as you deal with the underlying issue ie; work, relationship or money problems etc, anxiety can persist and is not always clear to the sufferer.

Most of us have feelings of anxiety at some point inner lives ie; you may feel anxious about a medical issue or starting a new job & these feelings are absolutely normal.  But some people can find it hard to control their worries and the feeling of anxiety can be constant and interfere with their everyday lives.
